Meet Your Team
When you choose Bound, you’re not just choosing a service. You’re choosing the people who will help you make sense of what’s not working, guide decisions, and support your team through change. This page is here to introduce the people you’ll be working with, so you can feel confident about the partnership before you ever get on a call.
Who will you actually be working with?
You’ll be working with a small, specialised team who stay closely involved from diagnosis through delivery.
We work with growing B2B and professional services businesses where growth feels harder than it should. Reporting is unclear, follow-up is inconsistent, or HubSpot exists but no one fully trusts it. Our role is to help you understand why that’s happening and what to fix first.
Each person you see here has a clear focus, but we work together day to day. There are no handovers to juniors and no disappearing after onboarding. We stay involved, take responsibility, and help your team move forward with confidence.

Who will be involved in your account, and what does each person focus on?
Rui Calvario
Rui leads delivery across client projects and helps turn plans into action.
He works closely with clients to prioritise what to tackle first, unblock decisions, and keep work moving when things feel complex or stuck. Rui is involved throughout delivery, helping teams bring structure to messy situations and keep projects aligned to real outcomes.
Nadine Pearce
Nadine focuses on understanding what’s really happening inside a business before any solution is proposed.
She brings insight from client conversations, delivery experience, and HubSpot changes into how Bound guides strategy and decision-making. Nadine helps challenge assumptions, clarify priorities, and ensure recommendations are grounded in reality rather than theory.
Alicia Elston
Alicia handles the technical side of HubSpot optimisation.
She works on workflows, reporting, automation, integrations, and CRM structure, helping teams reduce manual effort and trust the data they rely on. Alicia is often involved when something “should” be working but isn’t, and helps fix the root cause rather than applying short-term patches.
Bonita Mostert
Bonita supports lead engagement, outreach consistency, and visibility with the right prospects.
She works across HubSpot and LinkedIn to help teams maintain momentum, follow up appropriately, and avoid leads slipping through the cracks. Her focus is on making outreach feel considered, human, and sustainable rather than rushed or transactional.
Megan Hagan
Megan leads LinkedIn strategy and digital marketing for Bound.
She turns real client conversations and delivery insights into content that helps buyers understand what’s going wrong and what to look at next. Her focus is on helping teams self-diagnose before sales conversations, so calls are clearer, warmer, and more productive.
What You Need to Know Before You Meet Us
How does Bound Marketing actually work with clients?
We don’t believe growth problems are solved with isolated tactics or surface-level fixes.
Our work usually starts by helping teams slow down just enough to understand what’s actually happening across marketing, sales, and systems. From there, we help prioritise what to fix first and support practical changes that your team can absorb and use.
We work closely with clients through regular check-ins, honest conversations, and ongoing adjustments through reporting. The goal is clarity, not overwhelm.

What does working with Bound look like in practice?
Working with Bound is collaborative, structured, and grounded in real-world constraints.
You’ll know what’s being worked on and why. Decisions are explained, priorities are revisited when needed, and progress is steady rather than chaotic. We aim to reduce pressure on your team, not add to it, and help you regain confidence in how your GTM system works.
What will this feel like for your team once we start working together?
It should feel calmer, clearer, and more controlled.
Teams often tell us that once priorities are clear and systems start making sense, they spend less time reacting and more time making informed decisions. There’s less guesswork, fewer dropped leads, and more confidence across marketing and sales.
If you’ve worked with agencies before and felt rushed, confused, or unsure where things were going, this usually feels very different.

Is Bound the right team for our stage of growth?
This page is usually most useful for teams who already know something isn’t working and want to understand who they’ll be partnering with before speaking to sales.
If that’s you, a conversation is often the best next step.
You’ll speak to the same people you’ve just met here.
